The Custom Cover Design Process
Curious about how the custom cover design process works?
1. Fill out the Custom Cover Design Work Order Form
This helps Le Villain Book Covers understand the vision you have for your cover and helps ensure we are both on the same page.
2. Pay the Design Fees
After you receive the quote based on the information you provided on the work order form, pay the design fee. Le Villain Book Covers chooses to charge first to avoid theft of custom covers.
3. Ideas and Brainstorming
While waiting for your payment, I will start brainstorming ideas for your cover and search for images.
4. First Cover Concept
In two business days after you pay the quote, you will receive the first concept of your ebook cover.
5. The Revision Process
Next, Le Villain Books Covers will work with you to create the best possible cover for your story. Normally, the number of revisions is limited to a maximum of three; this is because it’s rare that I do more revisions than that. But Le Villain Book Covers wants you to be happy with your final cover, so more revisions can be done, if necessary.
