The Book Formatting Process

Step 1

FILL OUT THE WORK FORM

Request a Quote by filling out the work order form. It only takes a couple of minutes to fill out.

Step 2

ACCEPT THE QUOTE

Within two business days of receiving your quote, the Formatting Wizard will send you a quote for your approval. All you have to do is check the information on the quote is correct and reply to the email with your approval.

Step 3

PAY YOUR INVOICE

After your quote is accepted, the Formatting Wizard will send you an invoice. You’ll have the option of paying by credit card or through PayPal. 

Step 4

FORMATTING

Upon payment, the Formatting Wizard will begin formatting your book. Within five business days or possibly sooner depending upon the workload, the Formatting Wizard will email you the file(s). It’s at this stage you create a list of revisions and send it back. After those final changes are made, usually within one business day, you will receive the final files to publish.

Before you fill out this form please select the formatting template and the ornamental break option that you’d like me to use from the template page.

 

Within 24 hours or the next business day, I will email you a quote. It’s at this stage; I will supply you with the link to purchase the formatting options you desire. After I get notification of your payment (usually within a day), I will confirm the due date that you can expect to receive your files.
