Terms of Use

1. Because of the nature of this digital design service, I cannot accept returns for digital products; however, I will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final A+ content layout. If you have any questions about the changes I can make, please email me before purchasing. Please note that I live and work in London, UK, so there may be a short delay between sending your message and my reply.
2. This service is available only for covers designed by Le Villain Book Covers. Each A+ content layout is created using existing cover artwork, colours, and fonts to ensure a cohesive visual style. Authors must provide all written text or taglines to be included in the layout. This service does not include copywriting.
3. Le Villain Book Covers holds the copyright for the A+ content design. The copyright for any stock imagery used remains with the original image creator. I have purchased the appropriate standard licences from Deposit Photos, Shutterstock, and iStock, which grant permission to use these images for book covers and related marketing materials such as A+ content.
4. You may use the final A+ content design for promotional purposes related to your book (e.g., Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, author website, or social media). You may not use the design or its elements to create merchandise, templates, or resale products.
5. One round of revisions is included with your purchase. Additional revisions, adjustments, or requests outside the scope of this service (such as adding new imagery or layout changes) may incur an additional fee.
